FAQ

Are there refunds if guests leave due to rain?

No, but you can check with the ticket booth before you leave Valley Corn Maize to see about a raincheck, allowing you to return on a future date.

Are there season passes available?
Does Valley Corn Maize have food available?

Valley Corn Maize has a concession stand with delicious food and refreshing beverages available for purchase.

What age is Valley Corn Maize most appropriate for? Do adults have to pay to come in?

One of the great things about Valley Corn Maize is the fact that it offers something that everyone of all ages can enjoy! From babies, all the way up to grandma and grandpa, our goal is to make sure everyone in your group leaves with memories to cherish. Yes, everyone over 36" tall pays an admission fee.

How big is the maze? How long does it take to get through the maze?

The maze is cut into 15 acres of corn split into two mazes.  One smaller and one larger which take an average of 1.5 hours if you choose to do both.  If you are worried about getting lost, we have Corn Cops in the maze who can help you find an exit. Choose to go through just one phase of the maze or continue on to complete the ultimate challenge!

Are dogs allowed at Valley Corn Maize?

No dogs or other animals are allowed at Valley Corn Maize unless they are a service animal. We do an annual event called "Canines in the Corn" where we invite all of our guests to bring their furry friends out to enjoy the maze!

Can I drop off my kids to attend the maze on their own?

We do not allow children (through the age of 16) to enter Valley Corn Maize without an adult.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Valley Corn Maize accepts cash and credit cards (no checks please) at our admission and food windows. Fresh cut flowers are extra, but all other activities are included in the admission price. For schools and non-profit groups (including church groups), group payment can also be made by check.

Is Valley Corn Maize wheel chair accessible?

Valley Corn Maize is on unpaved farm ground, but we do our very best to make our event as accessible to all our guests as possible. Wheel chairs, strollers, and wagons can be brought on premises and are able to complete the corn maze, but the ground (like any farm) can be bumpy in spots. The remainder of the event is spread out over grass. The dirt and gravel could be somewhat difficult to push through in some areas.

Do you have restrooms?

There are porta potties on site at Valley Corn Maize. They are very well maintained throughout the season.

Can I leave and come back later in the day?

Yes! You do have in and out privileges (with the exception of field trip groups) to come and go throughout the day. Just make sure to keep your wristband on and show it to the entrance attendant upon re-entry.

Is there any recommended attire?

We recommend wearing closed-toe shoes or sneakers. If we have experienced some rain, the maze might be muddy so wearing boots or shoes you can get dirty is a good idea. Remember that you will be in a farm atmosphere and should dress appropriately for the best experience. Because we are located in an open area outside of town, we would recommend bringing sunscreen and bug repellent.

If I buy my ticket online, do I have to print it out?

1. Present a printed copy of the ticket

2. Show it on your phone
